NINL Changes Billet Price 3rd Time in Mar’16, Down by INR 1,000/MT

MMTC on behalf of NINL, has changed price circular dated 15 Mar’16 and has decreased billet prices by INR 1,000/MT in its new circular.

Earlier on 15 Mar’16, the company had offered 150 x 150 mm billet in the range of INR 22,000-22,400/MT and now offering within INR 21,000-21,400/MT on ex-plant basis against 100% advance payment. Before to that, the company in its price circular dated 9 Mar’16 had offered the same size material at INR 21,600-22,000/MT ex-plant.

All the other terms and conditions are the same, including the company offers minimum lifting of 100 MT (+5%) billet on first-cum-first-serve basis. The material booked shall have to be lifted within 1-month of the issuance of delivery order/delivery instructions by MMTC. The price circular is valid upto 28 Mar’16.

The above price is exclusive of excise duty, sales tax, freight and other statutory duties/ taxes etc at actual applicable on the date of delivery and same shall be borne by the buyer.

Currently in domestic market, 125×125 mm billet is available at INR 21,700/MT ex-Durgapur, INR 21,200/MT ex-Rourkela and INR 22,100/MT ex-Raipur for commercial grade.
