Udayapur Cement Industries Limited (UCIL) has invited a tender for purchase of 7,000 MT non-coking coal from mines owner or an authorized agent or reputed suppliers at plant site of UCIL Udayapur, Nepal.
The offer given by the bidder shall be valid for the period of 90 days and the bid bond validity should be for 120 days from the last date of bid submission.
Specification:
Gross calorific value: 5,700 kcal/kg min
Ash content: 23% max
Volatile matter: 28 to 37% max
Sulphur content: 1% max
Moisture content: 5% max
Coal of higher calorific value can also be supplied without any extra claim and coal having moisture more than 5% up to 12% can be supplied for which excess moisture shall be deducted from the actual weight. Moisture higher than 12% shall be rejected.
Due date (Nepal Standard Time):
The due date for submitting bid document is 08 Feb’18 till 14:00 hrs and the bids will be opened on same day at 15:00 hrs.
