Nepal based induction furnaces reported having booked about 5,000 t sponge iron (iron ore based) from an Indian supplier at around $225-230/t CPT Raxaul border, early this week. Total sponge iron imports to Nepal recorded at 95,000 t during Jan-Jun’20.
