Mr VR Sharma to Re-Join Jindal Steel and Power as MD

Steel industry veteran Mr VR Sharma, who was serving as Group CEO of Bangladesh based major group – Abul Khair to re-join India’s Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL) as Managing Director of Steel division, SteelMint learned from its sources. Shri VR Sharma is a core sector industry professional and has worked through out in Steel, Power & Cement Industry in India and abroad.

Mr Sharma was working with Naveen Jindal led JSPL as Deputy Managing Director and CEO (Steel Business), before joining the Bangladesh firm.

Prior to this he also worked with Bhushan Steel, Ispat Industries. He holds experience of around 5 years at Bangladesh’s Abhul Khair Group.
