Mozambique: Coal exports reach nearly 12 mnt in Jan-Aug’22

Mozambique coal exports were recorded at 11.5 mnt in Jan-Aug’22, customs data showed. Deliveries to India were the highest with 3.3 mnt of non coking coal and 2.3 mnt of coking coal. The other major countries that bought Mozambique coal in this period were China, Pakistan, the Netherlands and South Korea.
