Mongolia is planning to sell coal at ex-border prices from 1 Feb’23 instead of mine mouth prices to increase revenue. In mine mouth prices, buyers are responsible for transportation from coal mines to destinations. The new system will increase revenue and selling prices and will also help to maintain steady transportation costs.
