Mongolia’s coking coal exports rose by 28% y-o-y to 51.67 mnt in Jan-Aug’24, up from 40.38 mnt in Jan-Aug’23. Exports increased by 13% to 7.10 mnt m-o-m in Aug’24 compared with 6.29 mnt in Jul’24. Mongolia’s total coal exports increased by 31.33% y-o-y in Jan-Aug’24 compared to Jan-Aug’23.
