Aspire Mining Ltd, Mongolia-based company headquartered in Australia, has received approval for Ovoot coking coal project in northwestern Mongolia in Dec’22. Ovoot is the second biggest coking coal reserve in Mongolia after government-owned Tavan Tolgoi mine. Coal produced will be transported through railway to southern Mongolia for blending before exporting to China and Russia.
