MOIL conducted e-auction of HC ferro manganese today
i.e 21st Feb & according to sources all the quantity offered has
been sold. Quantity offered in the e-auction were as follows:
HC FeMn- Manganese 78% (+/ -1%) – 800 MT
HC FeMn- Manganese 74% (+/ -1%) – 192 MT
HC FeMn- Manganese 73% (+/ -1%) – 16 MT
Sources have
confirmed that HC FeMn 78% (+/- 1%) has been sold at Rs 51,813/MT Ex-Balaghat. These
prices are said to be not much higher than the previous e-auctions which were
settled at around Rs 51,600- 51,700/MT. However, looking at current scenario of ferro
manganese in the local market, these prices are said to be much lower than the
market rate.
