MMTC, India’s largest and state-owned trading house, issued a tender for purchase of 7-12 railway rakes of hard coking coal on behalf of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), Odisha.
The material should be imported washed low Vol. Prime Hard coking coal of size 0 to 50 mm which needs to be delivered at the integrated steel plant, NINL. Delivery of the material to start on an immediate basis after placing the order by MMTC/NINL.
Delivery:
Delivery of the first rake should start immediately after placing the purchase order.
The delivery shall be made only by railway rake(s). The delivery shall be completed by 22nd April 2019. Part Shipments allowed. Delivery at NINL Plant, Duburi, Jajpur District, Odisha.
Note: The delivery shall be made only by railway rakes (one railway rake = 3,800 MT approx)

Validity:
The tendered price shall be kept valid till 1730 HRS on 22nd April 2019 from the date of opening of the tender (price bid), for acceptance by the buyer.
Tender schedule (IST):
The due date for submitting the bids is 14 Mar’19 till 12:00 hrs and the opening of the bids is scheduled on the same day at 12:15 Hrs.
