India's MMTC, the largest trading company of India and a major trading company of Asia, has issued a term supply tender for 1.365MT of imported coal on behalf of Aravali Power Company Private Limited for delivery in 2011-12 and 2012-13 for the IGSTPP power plant at Jharli in Haryana state.
The quality of coal that, MMTC is looking for is Total Moisture (ARB) 10-20 % Max, Ash (ADB) 8-20 %, Volatile Matter (ADB) 25-45 %, Sulphur (ADB) 0.70-0.90 %Max, Fixed Carbon (ADB) 30-50 %Typical, Gross Calorific Value (ADB) 5800-6500 Kcal/ Kg and HGI 45-60.
