NINL, a company promoted by MMTC, intends to purchase a cumulative quantity of 230,000 MT iron fines (Fe 62%) on Ex-NINL basis.
MMTC on behalf of NINL, issued a tender to purchase a tentative quantity of 231,000 MT iron fines (size 0-20 mm). Only Odisha based mine owners from Joda/Barbil sector can participate in this tender.
The material will be required for a period of three months starting Jun’15-Aug’15, each comprising of up to 20 rakes (carrying about 77,000 MT iron fines each month). The quantity can be increased or decreased as per requirement of MMTC during a month and delivery period can be extended as per requirement of NINL.
Prices should be quoted in INR/MT on Ex-NINL basis. Last date of submission of bids will be on 04 Jun’15 at 13.30 hrs and bids will open on the same day at 15:30 hrs.
Tender Awards
According to company officials, Serajuddin Mines & Co. is the sole winner in the tender closed on 29 Jan & 17 Feb’15. The tender that closed on 24 Mar’15 was awarded to Serajuddin & Rungta mines.
