MMTC, India’s largest and state owned trading house, issued a tender for purchase of 30,000 MT imported washed hard coking coal to be delivered at Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), Odisha. The due date for bid submission is 1 Aug’16 up to 14:00 hrs IST.
The delivery of the material should be completed by 31 Aug’16.

Total moisture (As received basis): 10% max
Volatile matter (Air dried basis): 26% max
Ash (Air dried basis): 8.9% max
Sulphur: 0.60 max
Gleseler Plastometer Test: 600 min
Size: 0-50 mm
Interested bidders are required to submit the self attested copy of following documents:
1. Bill of lading of imports giving details of the origin and the source of supply.
2. In case the seller is offering the imported cargo which is in transit, a copy of the load port analysis report carried out by the independent inspection agency of repute at load port needs to be submitted.
3. If the material is within India and the same is being offered, disport analysis report needs to be submitted certifying the specifications of the cargo.
4. PAN card.
5. VAT registration certificate.
6. Service tax registration certificate.
7. CST registration certificate.
8. Local/Registered office address with fax/e-mail/telephone number.
