China’s HRC (grades S235 and S275) export offers to the Middle East (ME) declined by around $15-20/t w-o-w to $510-515/t CFR UAE against $525-535/t CFR UAE amid declining SHFE HRC futures. Moreover, a deal of around 26,000 t has been heard concluded at similar levels for Sept’24 shipments. Additionally, no firm offers were heard from Japan, India and South Korea.
