Certain ferro silicon plants in Byrnihat, Meghalaya, resumed operations yesterday after being suspended for over 40 days due to pollution control violations, sources informed BigMint. The prolonged shutdown disrupted the ferro silicon supply chain in India, and once the plants return to full production in the coming days, price trends will become clearer.
