M Resources, through GM3, has finalised the acquisition of Illawarra Coal Holdings from South32. The deal includes ownership of a premier coking coal complex and an equity stake in Port Kembla Coal Terminal. Matt Latimore, M Resources President, highlighted the strategic importance of high-quality Australian metallurgical coal for the company’s future growth.
