KOSPO floats 80,000 t thermal coal procurement bid by 26 Oct’22

Korea Southern Power Co. Ltd (KOSPO) has invited bids to procure 80,000 t of 3800-4200 kcal/kg GAR grade for Nov’22, a tender notification showed. An annual contract of 80,000 t each for Nov’23, and Nov’24 also has been raised. The bid closing date has been set for 26 Oct and sellers of Russian coal have been barred from bidding.
