Korea Southern Power Co Ltd (KOSPO) has published a tender for purchase of Non-coking coal of quantity 145,000 MT for Korean Genco’s Power Plants
Bidders are requested to offer 1 CAPE in lots of 145,000 MT (for shipment from any port except Newcastle and Murmansk), 133,000 MT (Newcastle) or 125,000 (Murmansk) on FOBT price basis only.
However, KOSPO does not wish to procure shipment from Eastern Russia and China.
The company had previously floated a coal purchase tender for 160,000 MT of NCV min. 3,800 Kcal/kg ~max.4,100 Kcal/kg specification, which was scheduled on 11 Apr’19.
