Korea Midland Power Company Limited (KOMIPO) has invited a tender for purchase of 1,280,000 MT bituminous coal for its Boryeong Power Plant, Korea.
KOMIPO previously floated the tender for purchase of 420,000 MT Coal on 8 Aug’17.

The price basis shall be one single fixed price based of FOBT.
The offer will remain valid for the period of 5 days from the date of tender closing. KOMIPO can request the bidder to extend validity period of bid, if necessary.

Total moisture (as received basis) of Colombian coal: max 15%
Total moisture (as received basis) of LCV coal: max 28%
Fixed carbon (air dried basis): max 60%
Ash (air dried basis): max 17%
Due date (Korean Standard Time):
The due date for bid submission is 16 Aug’17 till 12:00 hrs.
