Korea Midland Power Company Limited (KOMIPO) has published a tender for purchase of 250,000 MT HCV (5,700 kcal/kg) and 140,000 MT LCV (4,600 kcal/kg) bituminous coal for its Boryeong Power Plant, Korea.
The shipping of the material is scheduled from Feb’17 to Mar’17 and the price basis shall be one single fixed price based of FOBT.
The offer will be valid for the period of 5 days from the date of tender closing. KOMIPO can request the bidder to extend validity period of bid, if necessary.

Total moisture (as received basis) of HCV coal: max 15%
Total moisture (as received basis) of LCV coal: max 28%
Fixed carbon (air dried basis): max 60%
Ash (air dried basis): max 17%
Due date (Korean Standard Time)
The due date for bid submission is 14 Nov’16 till 14:00 hrs.
