Korea South-East Power Company Limited (KOEN) has published two separate tenders for purchase of 120,000 MT (60,000 MT each) Anthracite coal for its yeongdong thermal power plant, Republic of Korea.
The Shipping of the product is scheduled from 16 May’16 to 31 May’16 at fixed price and the offer will be valid for the period of 15 days from the date of tender closing. KOEN can request the bidder to extend validity period of bid, if necessary.
Bidders are requested to offer minimum of 20,000 MT and maximum 60,000 MT +/-10% at shipping tolerance. The bid price shall be CFR basis but if bidder offers 60,000 MT per shipment, bid shall be FoR or CFR price basis and each single fixed price. For the new bidder, offer quantity is from 10,000 MT to 20,000 MT +/-10% at shipping tolerance and bid shall be only CFR basis and single fixed price.

The bid document should arrive before 14:00 hrs on 27 Apr’16 (Korean Standard Time).
