Korea East-West Power Co. Ltd (EWP), having its head office in Ulsan, Korea,
issues a tender for purchase of 450,000 MT non-coking coal. Each bidder shall submit at least 150,000 MT coal during delivery period of the first contract year. The bid price of the material should be one single fixed number (U$)
In first year of contract, bidders are requested to offer 225,000 MT coal for Aug-Sep’16 and 225,000 for 4th Quarter of 2016.
The offer will be valid for the period of 15 days from the date of tender closing. EWP can request the bidder to extend validity period of bid, if necessary.

Total moisture (As received basis): Max 28%
Fixed carbon (Air dried basis): Max 60%
Ash (Air dried basis): Max 10%
Net calorific value (As received basis): Min 4,600 kcal/kg
Ash fusion temperature: Min 1,150°C
Note: Russian coal is not allowed.
Due date
The bid document should arrive before 11:00 hrs on 2 Jun’16 (Korean Standard Time).
