KIOCL Ltd, a wholly owned Govt. of India enterprise has invited a tender for purchase of 30,000 MT imported LAM coke for use in its Blast Furnace unit situated at Mangalore.
KIOCL ltd, invited bid from the reputed firm for supply of 30,000 MT imported low ash metallurgical coke on CFR (FO) New Mangalore sea port basis. The material is required in single shipment without any transshipment. The offer will be valid for 60 days from the date of techno-commercial opening.
The company shall conduct the online competitive price bidding cum reverse auction before opening of price bid. After completing the reverse auction and price bid opening, successful bidders needs to deliver the material within 45 days from the date of purchase order issued.
Eligibility criteria
1. The annual turn over of the bidder should be 20 crores minimum in any one of the last three years.
2. In any one of the last five years, the bidder should have supplied a quantity of 30,000 MT of LAM coke in one or two orders.

Bid submission due date and techno-commercial opening date are scheduled on same day i.e 25 Jul’16 at 14:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs IST respectively.
KIOCL Issues Another Tender for Purchase of 1,700 MT Coke Fines
The company has invited an another tender for purchase of 1,700 MT coke fines on total delivery cost basis for use in KIOCL pellet plant unit at Mangalore. This tender is due on 20 Jul’16 at 14:00 hrs.
