KIOCL (formerly Kudremukh Iron ore Company Limited) has invited bids from interested parties to supply 200,000 tons of Iron ore fines to its 3.5 MnT Iron Pellet plant located at Mangalore (Karnataka).
Specification: Fe 64 Iron Pellet
Last date of submission of bids: Before 1400 hrs IST on 15 July as “Total landed cost”
Opening of Techno commercial bids: 1500 hrs IST on 15 July
Delivery Schedule: By Rail/Rail cum Sea route
Delivery Time: In 3 months time, the entire quantity is to be supplied with a minimum of 50,000 tons each month
KIOCL invites EOI from mine owners having Iron ore mines in the state of Karnataka
For supply of mined Iron ore fines to its Iron Pellet plant.
The mines should have statutory clearances and be located at 200-300 km away from KIOCL's Pellet plant to have long term raw material security.
The Expression of Interest should reach KIOCL within 10 days from 21.06.2013.
