Pellet (Fe63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka dropped by INR 50/t ($1/t) to INR 9,600/t ($114/t) exw on 13 Aug’24 compared to 9 Aug’24. Around 15,000 t of deals were recorded at INR 9,500-9,700/t in this publishing window. Pellet producers have lowered their offers, which have attracted buyers to conclude deals at reduced prices. However, Sponge iron (P-DRI) prices increased by INR 200/t w-o-w to INR 25,900/t exw today.
