Karnataka iron ore mining lease for 3 new mines to be signed soon and are likely to commence operations in Q2 FY ’21, JSW official said in an investor conference call organised today. With all nine mines operational in Karnataka, JSW will have around 7-8 mn t captive iron ore output in FY ’21 which will be utilized at its Vijayanagar plant. Captive iron ore production from Odisha mines will be utilized primarily for Dolvi and Salem units.
