India’s largest private sector steel making company – JSW Steel has achieved highest ever crude steel output of 1.385 MnT in the month of Jan’17.
The company in its today’s press release declared that its crude steel production has moved up to 1.385 MnT in Jan’17, up 49% against the same period last year. The steel maker’s crude steel output in Jan’16 was recorded at 0.927 MnT.
On monthly basis, company’s crude steel output has observed growth of 7% in Jan’17.
Company’s flat steel production grew 38% Y-o-Y and long steel production increased 18% Y-o-Y in Jan’17.

So far in this fiscal (till Jan’17) JSW Steel has recorded crude steel output of 13.09 MnT. In FY16, JSW Steel produced 12.56 MnT crude steel.
