JSPL, one of the leading steel and pellet producer in India, has managed to sell around 2,00,000 tons of iron pellets in open market from its plant based in Barbil,Odisha according to data managed by SteelMint.
Company has an installed capacity of 4.5 mn tonnes of pellet making at Barbil, Odisha.
Average monthly price for 63% Fe pellet at Barbil, Odisha for the month of March 2013 has been assessed at around Rs 7,500-7,600/t ( Loaded to Wagons, basic prices).
