Jindal Steel and Power Limited (JSPL) has plans to purchase around 5 mn t coal for its steel plant at Angul (Odisha) in FY21, Managing Director V R Sharma mentioned during the interview with ETEnergyworld. He further added ” Last month we bought around 0.4 mn t coal and this month, we will be buying another 0.4 mn t”
