Directorate of Stores Procurement Department of Jammu & Kashmir invites tender for purchase of 60,000 MT ISI marked 43 grade ordinary portland cement conforming to IS 8112 of 2013 amended up to date from reputed manufacturer and supplier of same material.
The material should be packed in 50 kg capacity HDPE bags conforming to IS 11652 of 2000 amended up to date. The total quantity of the required bags is 12 lakh. The successful bidder should be capable of supplying a quantity of 2 lakh bags of OPC cement per month for the whole year.
The validity of the offer is for a period of 180 days from the date of opening of the bid.
The following documents needs to be uploaded by the bidder during participating in the tender:
1. Scanned copy of tender fees (DD) and EMD (FDR, CDR, IBG)
2. Particulars of the original manufacturer
3. Copy of valid BIS certificate in token of proof that the material is ISI marked and is being manufactured as per IS no: 8112 of 2013 amended up to date
4. Proof of being in production as on date along with monthly production capacity
5. Copy of registration certificates of bidder’s office and manufacturing plant.
6. Proof of satisfactory performance
7. Valid CST/GST/Tin registration certificate and latest VAT clearance certificate
8. Copy of PAN card and latest income tax return of the bidder
9. List of orders received and executed during last three years
The due date of uploading the tender document is 7 Jun’16 up to 14:00 hrs and the hard copies of the same should be submitted on or before 8 Jun’16 up to 14:00 hrs.
