Japan’s crude steel production during the first eleven months of CY ’20 reached around 75.6 mn t on the back of strong demand from construction and automotive industries. Monthly crude steel output in Nov was recorded at 7.26 mn t, marking fifth consecutive increase since Jun ’20, according to the recent data released by Japan Iron and Steel Federation (JISF).
