Japanese scrap suppliers have raised HRS 101 grade export offers to China by $5 w-o-w and now it is being offered at $525/t CFR China basis, SteelMint learnt from sources. However, last deals were heard around $505/t CFR China levels. Traders highlighted limited trades getting concluded this week as Japanese scrap offers continue to move up before Golden week holidays. Meanwhile, few trades of scrap imports South Korea were concluded recently.
