Japanese ferro alloys import up by 31% m-o-m in Jul’ 20

Japanese imports escalated by 53% m-o-m for manganese ore and by 58% m-o-m for manganese alloys in Jul’ 20. The rise can be attributed to the increasing crude-steel production in Japan, which also increased by 8% in Jul w.r.t. Jun. Ferro chrome imports increased by 30% m-o-m while ferro silicon imports declined by 36% in Jul’20.
