Japanese bulk ferrous scrap export offers to Bangladesh and Vietnam have declined towards the end of this week. Currently, the offers stand at $455/t CFR Vietnam and $470/t CFR Bangladesh levels, lower by $10-15. Japanese scrap prices have fallen after monthly Kanto scrap export tender fetched bids lower than market expectations.
