Japanese and Korean mills lower HRC offers by $5-10

Japanese and South Korean mills have lowered HRC export offers by $5-10/t w-o-w after Chinese mills turned active due to a decline in futures. Current HRC (base grade) offers stand around $540/t CFR Vietnam compared to offers of $545-550/t CFR Vietnam last week.
