Japanese EAF steelmaker, Tokyo Steel, has rolled over its steel prices for Dec’22 sales due to volatile global steel prices. The company is giving some time to the market for the steel prices to get adjusted. Post-revision, effective prices:
- HRC (1.7-22mm): JPY 115,000/t ($818/t)
- Rebar (D13~25): JPY 97,000/t ($690/t)
- H-beam (100-350mm): JPY 124,000/t ($882/t)
