Japan: Tokyo Steel lifts long steel prices for Nov’21

Japan’s leading EAF steel producer Tokyo Steel has increased prices for beams, deformed rebar and plate for Nov’21 dispatches, SteelMint learnt from sources.

Effective prices:

• D-bars (D29 to 32mm)- JPY 90,000/t ($787), up JPY 3,000/t ($26).
• I-beams (100 x 75/125 x 75 mm)- JPY 1,18,000/t ($1,032), up JPY 5,000/t ($44).
• Thick plates (8.0 mm)- JPY 1,16,000/ t ($1,015), up JPY 3,000/t ($26).
