Tokyo Steel has announced a hike in scrap purchase bids by JPY 500 ($5) today for its Utsunomiya works in Kanto. Revised offers for H2 scrap stand at JPY 22,500/t w.e.f 28 Jul’20. Company’s last price revision was done on 17th Jul’20 wherein it had raised price by same quantum.
