Tokyo Steel observed its second price-cut in 3-days and 4th in a week for its scrap purchase-price, cutting bids by JPY 1500/t ($14) for Utsunomiya, by JPY 1000/t ($9) for Tahara and by JPY 500/t ($5/t) for other 3 works, now paying JPY 22,500/t ($209/t) for H2-scrap delivered to Tahara, JPY 21,500/t to Utsunomiya and JPY 23,500 to Okayama plant.
