Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) has announced the development of a legal system for collaboration between arterial and venous industries. Partnership for Circular Economy (CE) will be launched between industry, government and academia to promote recycling. The organisation will consider quantitative targets for carbon footprint and use of recycled materials throughout the supply chain, as per a Japan Metal Daily report.
