Manufacturers raised prices in May, prompting caution from suppliers amid weak demand. Market prices increased by month-end, and processing wages improved. Manufacturers are hiking prices due to higher costs, while distributors prepare for adjustments in anticipation of short-term upward trends. In the near future, it’s expected to trend upwards.
