Japan: Stainless steel exports fall 5% m-o-m in June

  • Japan’s stainless steel exports were recorded at 53,684 t in Jun’22, a fall of 4.94% as against 56,174 t in May’22, as per SteelMint data.
  • In H1CY22 (Jan-Jun’22), exports stood at 307,275 t, a y-o-y fall of 10% as against 341,986 t in the same period last year.
