Japanese steel major Nippon Steel Stainless Steel Corp. (NSSC) has increased 300 series cold-rolled stainless steel and heavy plate prices by JPY 5,000/t ($44/t) for Jan’22 sales, as per a report in SteelDaily.
The company has raised prices in view of the alloy charging system such as the increase in average nickel prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME).
