Nippon Steel Corporation has decided to reline its blast furnace No.3 at Nagoya Works to boost productivity. The furnace has to undergo relining process in first half of CY’22. Currently, the furnace has a capacity of 4,300m3 at present. The Nagoya Works is one of the world’s leading steelworks in optimal integrated manufacturing technology of steel sheets for automobiles.
