JFE Steel – Japan’s second largest steelmaker, has reported standalone crude steel output at 6.27 mn t during Oct-Dec’20, up 17% against 5.38 mn t in Q3 CY’20. The company ramped up production in Q4, in response to strong recovery in steel demand.
