Japan ferrous scrap exports witness 52% rise in May’20

Japan ferrous scrap exports have reached 1,344,945 t in May’20 to register an m-o-m rise of 52.2%, from 883,542 t in Apr’20. South Korea, Vietnam, and Taiwan were noted to be the major importers of Japanese scrap. Japanese scrap exports to South Korea were noted at 348,185 during the period under consideration.
