Japan: Ferrous scrap exports rise by 11% on month in Oct’21

Japan has registered a 11%, m-o-m, rise in ferrous scrap export volumes in Oct’21, as per latest data available with SteelMint.
The country exported 0.49 mn t of scrap in Oct as against 0.44 mn t in Sep.
South Korea was the largest importer at 0.23 mn t in Oct followed by Vietnam at 0.13 mn t.
