Iron ore exports up by 18% in Sep, y-o-y : Westpac

Iron ore exports from Australia and Brazil likely to increase by 18% in Sep, y-o-y, according to a recent report by Australian banker, Westpac. The combined exports from these two countries are expected to be 111 mnt in Sep, which is a fresh all time record. This rise is attributed to improving supplies from Brazil clubbed with robust demand from China.
