Iron ore dispatches from Odisha’s 2nd largest merchant iron ore producer – Serajuddin Mines is likely to be resumed shortly. Mines dispatches were suspended temporarily owing to physical verification of stocks around 14 Sept’17.
As per the latest update received from market sources, state government has granted clearance and the miner is expected to resume dispatches shortly.
Serajuddin Mines has EC limit of 15.15 MnT pa and produced 10.89 MnT iron ore in FY17. In FY18 (till Jul’17) Serajuddin Mines produced 4.14 MnT iron ore.
The miner dispatched 4.37 MnT iron ore so far in FY18 (till Aug’17).
