Iran’s billet output rises 7% on year during Mar-Aug’20

Iran’s billet production has grown by 7% during first five months of the current Iranian year(20 Mar-Aug’20) to reach 9.24mn t. In the fifth month, the same was recorded at 1.76mn t to register 2% m-o-m growth. By the end of current Iranian year (20 Mar’21), it is likely to surpass 30mn t, Deputy Minister Industry Mr. Darioush Esmaili said.
